Toronto Cosmetic Clinic: Six Years of Owning Toronto's Searches
Toronto Cosmetic Clinic · 6-year engagement
The block A clinic doing good work that buyers couldn't find on the searches they actually typed.
Where They Were
A small clinic in one of the most competitive aesthetic markets in North America, up against practices with real budgets and years of head start.
Nothing was wrong with the work they did. Nobody could find them. In Toronto, a patient deciding on breast augmentation or a tummy tuck researches for months, and she does it on Google. If you don’t show up on the searches she types, you don’t exist to her, and no amount of being good changes that.
What We Found
Every surgical and non-surgical term that carried buying intent in Toronto was owned by somebody else. This was the era when search decided who got the patient, and the clinic wasn’t in it.
What We Did
For six years we went after the search results one procedure at a time. Breast augmentation. Tummy tucks. Rhinoplasty. Botox. Fillers. Lasers. If a buyer in Toronto searched for it, Toronto Cosmetic Clinic came up first. Showing up everywhere does something beyond generating leads. It changes who the buyer assumes is the market leader before she’s made a single call.
What Happened
Toronto Cosmetic Clinic became the city’s leading clinic for breast augmentation and tummy tucks, and grew to 44 laser techs to keep up with the demand. Almost all of that growth came through the search work we built and ran.
If buyers in your city search for what you do and find somebody else first, those patients are gone before you knew they existed. See how we approach plastic surgery practices, or find out if yours is a fit.
Is Your Practice a Fit?
We take on a handful of practices at a time. Tell us where yours is and what's in the way. If it's a fit, we'll set a time for you to meet Nick Dumitru, our founder, who has worked with plastic surgeons and aesthetic clinics since 2001.
