Revery Medical Aesthetics: 2.4x the Revenue, One Year In
Revery Medical Aesthetics · Engagement from April 2025
The block A trusted physician, a website that didn't say so, and an entry offer that lost money on every sale.
Where They Were
Revery opened in Windsor, Ontario at the end of 2024, led by Dr. Bryce Leontowicz, a physician with an emergency medicine background. When we started in April 2025, the clinic was five months old.
It had a logo. It didn’t have a website that made the case for a physician-led clinic over the spa down the road. And the entry offer meant to bring new patients through the door was priced so low that the clinic lost money every time someone took it.
What We Found
A clinic in its first year usually thinks it has a traffic problem. Revery had a positioning problem and an offer problem, and more traffic would have made both of them more expensive.
The physician was the reason to choose Revery, and the website didn’t say it. The entry offer was the other half. A discounted offer is a tool. It works when it’s priced so the clinic doesn’t lose money on it and there’s a plan for what the patient buys next.
What We Did
We repositioned the clinic around the physician and built a new website that said so on every page. Then we built the lead generation behind it:
- Google and Meta campaigns, with offers priced so the clinic made money on them.
- A CRM pipeline with fast text follow-up on every new inquiry.
- Follow-up for the patients who came in and didn’t buy that day.
- Booked revenue sent back to Google and Meta, so the ads learned from real patients instead of form fills.
- A Chrome extension built on top of their CRM. It puts each staff member’s follow-ups for the day in front of them, and lets the doctor and the team assign tasks to each other.
What Happened
The first quarter of 2026 brought in 2.4 times the revenue of the first quarter of 2025, the last full quarter before we started. Those numbers come from the clinic’s own sales records, not from an ad dashboard.
The laser hair removal numbers moved the most. The average sale went from a single session to a package worth more than six times as much.
The clinic grew to match. Revery hired two nurses and several aestheticians and added two lasers to keep up with the patients coming through the door.
What It Shows
Revery needed patients to see why the doctor was worth choosing, an offer that made money, and a system that followed up with every person who raised her hand. Once those were in place, the ads had something worth sending people to.
