Skin Vitality was already successful. Four locations across the GTA, aggressive print advertising, strong offline presence. They were the #4 Botox provider in Canada according to Allergan’s own numbers. But the market was shifting. Patients were searching online instead of picking up a magazine, and Skin Vitality’s digital presence wasn’t keeping up with the business they’d built in the real world.
